 | PLANT SURVEY - Working directly with your personnel, Rock Valley's
technically trained and highly experienced lubrication specialists will do a
complete survey of your plant's lubrication requirements. Using
computer software specifically designed for such surveys, they can help
establish effective plant lubrication schedules as part of a preventive
maintenance program, including lubrication cards for each machine.
Upon completion of a survey, and for a nominal cost, you can purchase
software detailing a schedule for oil addition, monitoring, or change based
on a time schedule and the service requirements for your plant. |
| PRODUCT CONSOLIDATION - Our complete and comprehensive in-house
laboratory, staffed by specialists in lubrication technology, can determine
which products will give you optimum performance, minimum downtime and lower
maintenance costs. When possible, we will consolidate products to take
complexity out of selecting the right ones and eliminate the cost associated
with the wrong ones. |
| PROOF OF PERFORMANCE - Rock Valley's products meet or exceed the
most widely recognized industry specifications and standards for which they
are used. Our products have earned their way onto the approved listing
of some of the most demanding OEMs and end-users today. If a
custom-blended product can provide better or more economical service, we can
manufacture it. Certificates of Analysis can be provided for proof of
performance or warranty record keeping. |
| FLUID MONITORING - Our fluid monitoring services use lubricant
samples periodically taken from your machines. Tests conducted in our
laboratory on these samples insure optimum lubricant life while protecting
valuable machinery. Through our fluid monitoring, customers can often
use fluids for a longer period of time rather than arbitrarily changing them
on a calendar basis. Monitoring can also determine if machine problems
exist which could result in downtime. |
