Five-gallon pails, drums and totes can be filled at a rate
of 60 gallons per minute on the new drum fill line. Plumbed to the
indoor and outdoor tank farms as well as the blend room, a conveyor system
over scales controls mass/volume measurement. |
| Twenty-eight indoor tanks and five miles of piping store and
transfer the raw materials as well as finished products. Computer
controlled, each tank has its own pump, dedicated fill and discharge lines
to eliminate cross contamination. |

The new hot room, with its 40-drum capacity, can heat highly
viscous and other materials to temperatures as high as 180 degrees to
facilitate blending. |
| Increased warehouse space, new and expanded truck docks and
the company's extensive fleet of delivery vehicles mean customers can have
the products they need when needed. |

The new outdoor tank farm has 17 tanks that store 170,000
gallons of products and two blending tanks that can contain 9,500
gallons. Finished products are blended using the most accurate
technological controls. |
| Batch sizes, whether as small as 55 gallons or as large as
7,000 gallons, containing petroleum base-stocks and additives are measured
and controlled using the most accurate technology to reach precise
specifications utilizing the nine new blending tanks. |
